BeeClean representative will discuss your expectations, priorities and budget, then measure your cleanable area and review the condition and layout of your facility. Using that information, we shall create a proposal and Service Plan for you. Pricing is based on the competitive market rates for the services included in your Service Plan. Be wary of companies who give you a price without seeing your facility and talking with you about your needs.
To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive, although we can take care of them as well if you so require. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.
No. Most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
The cleaning methods we use ensure that your home receives the most consistent clean every time. During your first consultation, we’ll create a customized cleaning plan that’s designed to accommodate all of your specific requests. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible, which is why we disposed to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.
We supply all cleaning products and equipment needed to perform the service, including:
- Garbage Bags.
- All Cleaning Products, Microfibre Tools and Equipment.
- Commercial Grade Vacuum Cleaner(s).
If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to inform us while customizing your cleaning plan.
This method comprises the practices and products used by our industry to promote a better environment and a healthier home. Green cleaning solutions don’t contain ozone depleting chemicals or flammable substances that can irritate the skin and cause respiratory illnesses.
While most green cleaning products cannot remove all harmful forms of bacteria, BeeClean strives to use the most appropriate methods for each service. In order to protect the environment, we utilize microfiber cloths and pads during our services, rather than paper. Not only is this practice better for the environment, microfiber picks up 99% of bacteria while cotton-based mops only pick up 30%.
BeeClean does its utmost to use cleaners that are non-acidic and free of ammonia, alcohol, petroleum, and other toxic chemicals. We recommend that you balance the use of green cleaning products and disinfectants in your cleaning plan to ensure that your home is as healthy and clean as possible.
There is no minimum contractual period. However, the service agreement length is 1 year. We rely on the quality of our cleaning service to maintain our friendly business relationship. You can terminate the agreement at any time for any reasons by allowing for 60 days’ notice. Upon receiving your notice, we’ll continue providing our cleaning services at the best quality until the lapse of the notice period.
We believe our prices are very competitive, but do not publish a fixed hourly rate. We strive to be recognized as a provider of affordable, top-quality housecleaning services. Our team works with every homeowner to develop a cleaning plan that’s customized to fit their needs. The costs of our services depend on the size of your home and what you’d like cleaned.
Invoices are issued normally at the end of the month and are due in 30 days. All invoices are emailed to the email address or can be sent by post (along with an orange payment slip) as per your preference.

Over the years, we’ve found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard and BeeClean is committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a bit more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home. Contact us to request a free estimate.
BeeClean is happy to provide service once a week, every other week, or once a month, depending on your cleaning needs. There is however a minimum of 2 hours fixed for each intervention. You can also request housecleaning services for special events, as well as move-out and move-in cleaning assistance.
We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement.
We love animals, but they don’t always love us. If you think your pet may become overly anxious while we are there, please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our housecleaners.
While tips aren’t expected, our staff is allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year. You can also leave a review on our website. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.
Size of your facility, frequency of service, complexity, building layout and your specific cleaning needs are a few factors that will affect pricing of commercial cleaning services. Basic service for a small office once or twice a week can range from about CHF 300 to CHF 800 per month. Basic service for a larger facility can amount to thousands of Swiss Francs per month. Special services, such as cleaning carpets, refinishing floors, or window washing, are offered at competitive market rates.
A basic or “regular” commercial cleaning program includes dusting and wiping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom disinfection and trash removal. Your Service Plan will be customized to meet your needs. If your facility needs extra services, you can supplement your office cleaning program with carpet cleaning, hard floor care, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning, event clean-up and other specialty services.
Our service is tailored entirely to your requirements. For some smaller clients, we will only attend once or twice per week. For other larger clients, we will have our cleaners on site five days per week. We build our service around what you need.
Generally, we supply all the labour and materials required to carry out all our cleaning tasks within the agreed price.
In case of recurring and long-term contract relationships we strongly recommend to purchase and leave on site (if not already available) adequate equipment to be used exclusively for your own needs. We are at your disposal to recommend, purchase and deliver all items that are mutually agreed upon. We can, of course, examine and implement any alternative solution that may suit you better.
Additionally, we regularly supply consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, bin liners etc., which would be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
As society works to become greener, BeeClean has committed itself to providing all of our clients with safe and environmentally responsible cleaning services.
We therefore naturally prefer to use the most environmentally friendly products and methods. Following this logic, we do not typically use abrasive cleaning solutions like Ajax, Comet or bleach unless deemed necessary, but if you have them and want us to use them we will.
Because, we believe that the customer should always have a final word, we decided provide the opportunity for our clients to choose between the following three options:
- Non-toxic, standard industry-grade cleaning products
- Commercial eco-friendly cleaning products
- Natural and organic cleaning products such as citrus fruits, oils, salt, vinegar, liquid black soap, borax etc.
Our eco-friendly cleaning practices include:
- Preference for the vendors that offer eco-friendly and green cleaning service products
- Development and research on partnering green cleaning products with green cleaning service processes
- Familiarizing clients with the importance of green services
